New class of inductees named

The Tallassee High School Alumni Association is pleased to announce the 2023 Hall of Pride inductees:

Colonel (USAF, retired) Mary Stonaker Burrus, Class of 1982
Mrs. Cynthia Farrow Martin, retired educator, Class of 1972
Mr. Arthur Oliver, internationally acclaimed costume designer, Class of 1989

The induction ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 6, at 10 a.m.  The location will be announced later.

We are also pleased to announce that we have added another scholarship to our program, a $500 scholarship to a THS senior in memory of Mr. William E. Goss. All scholarships will be awarded at Honors Night in May.
