Trent Cochran-Gill has been honored for his standout game in Tallassee's 29-26 state playoff win over Hale County. He made the list of AHSAA spotlight performers and has been named Public Schools Player of the Week by the Montgomery Quarterback Club.

Cochran-Gill will attend the QB Club's Tuesday, Nov. 15 meeting. Former Auburn quarterback Chris Todd and former Alabama running back Bobby Humphrey will be the featured speaker's for the annual Iron Bowl Night.

The Tigers sophomore running back and linebacker was exemplary on both sides of the ball. He rushed for 142 yards on just nine carries and made two interceptions with eight tackles.

The Montgomery Quarterback Club meets at the Montgomery Country Club. The social hour begins at 5:15 followed by dinner at 6:15 and the program at 6:45.
