Armstrong, James E. (Junior), age 76, of Leeds, AL passed away August 24, 2010.

Mr. Armstrong was a resident of both Leeds, AL and Tallassee, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Armer and W. E. Armstrong, wife, Shelba Armstrong, brothers, Preston, Jack and Buster Armstrong, sisters, Olene Payton and Velma Maddox.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Armstrong, sons, Phillipp Armstrong, David Armstrong, daughter, Phylliss Pierce (Ronnie), step children, Robert Beard Jr. (Linda), Teresa Church (Eddie), Kim Reach (Gary), Jeff Hill (Francine), Paige Ryan, brothers, Charles Armstrong (Barbara), Ray Armstrong (Shirley), sisters, Helen Stone, Lois Coleman, (16) grandchildren, (1) great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Friday, August 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
