Serving the community during a pandemic

As you know, the coronavirus outbreak has caused people to shop in grocery stores more than ever.  

Tallassee Super Foods is going out of their way to keep the stores stocked, with round-the-clock helpers doing all we can to make sure customers have everything they need.

Plexiglas panels have been put up between the cashier and the customer for social distancing.  A bleach solution is applied to the shopping carts (“buggies”) before they can be touched by a shopper.  

The owners of Tallassee Super Foods have partnered with various food distributors across the southeast to help maintain quality and quantity merchandise.  

As we face a true quarantine “shelter-in-place” situation in Alabama, we want to make sure you guys know some of the behind-the-scenes stories of the mom-and-pop businesses in our community.
