ECEDA hires project manager

The Board of Directors for the Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Lisa Van Wagner as the Authority’s new Project Manager. Ms. Van Wagner will enhance economic development for Elmore County by providing support in all aspects provided by ECEDA.
Following a comprehensive search process, Ms. Van Wagner was selected from a list of highly qualified candidates. She is a graduate of Stanhope Elmore High School, Auburn University, and Thomas Goode Jones School of Law of Faulkner University. Ms. Van Wagner has a diverse background in business law, human resources, and economics. Ms. Van Wagner grew up in Millbrook, Alabama and currently resides in Wetumpka, Alabama.
“I am thrilled about returning to Elmore County and joining ECEDA. It has been exciting to watch the tremendous growth that Elmore County has experienced, and I look forward to being a part of its continued expansion in the years to come!” said Van Wagner. Art Faulkner, Chairman of the ECEDA Board of Directors said, “Lisa’s knowledge and experience allows ECEDA to serve the citizens of Elmore County in new capacities. We are excited that she has chosen to join our team.” Cary Cox Executive Director of ECEDA said “The number and quality of applicants for this position was tremendous. Lisa rose to the top in each stage of the selection process. She is a great fit for ECEDA as we continue positive economic growth in our county.”
